How this site is sourced

EINReject.us is an information hub. Every code page is sourced to the current IRS Pub 1635 and Form SS-4 instructions, with each citation linked so you can confirm it yourself. We are not a CPA firm, not a law firm, and not an EIN-issuance service.

Editorial standard

Every page is written and cross-checked against the primary IRS source it cites — IRS Pub 1635, the Form SS-4 instructions, or 26 CFR §301.6109-1 — before it is published. Each citation links to the source document so you can read it directly.

We do not yet have a named credentialed CPA, EA, or tax attorney reviewing this site. We will not claim professional review until a reviewer is engaged; when one is, their name and credentials will appear here. Until then, treat this site as a sourced starting point, not professional tax advice — confirm with the IRS or a licensed professional before you act.
